Refund and Cancellation

Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 2 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 24 hours to initiate refund. Post refund initiation, it takes 7 - 9 working days to reflect in customer's account. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
For COD orders, refund against return will be given in Bank A/C
 GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:

All product tags intact and in their original packaging
Product must be unused
Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition
Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or wrong product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within the 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
